1 General Terms & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between aci444 ("we", "the platform") and its members ("you", "the user"). By accessing or using the aci444 website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any discrepancy with a translation in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with aci444, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply may result in account rejection or closure at a later stage.
Age & Identity
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
- You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details
- If any information provided during registration is found to be false or incorrect, the account will be terminated
- An NID, passport, or driving license may be required for identity verification
Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or address. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person or household, all accounts will be suspended and any winnings may be forfeited.
Account Security
- Keep your password private — never share it with anyone
- If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account
- Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited
3 Deposit & Payment Methods
All deposits to aci444 must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Payments through third parties are strictly prohibited.

aci444 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.
4 Withdrawal Policy & KYC Verification
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. This is required to ensure financial security and prevent money laundering.
KYC Process
- Photos of both sides of a government-issued ID (NID/Passport)
- A recent selfie holding your ID document
- Screenshot of payment method verification
- Verification typically takes 24–48 hours to complete
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500
- The deposit and withdrawal methods must be the same
- Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal
- Withdrawals may be delayed if suspicious activity is detected
Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may take a little longer as KYC verification is required.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
All aci444 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its applicable terms.
General Bonus Terms
- A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim the welcome bonus
- Bonus funds must be wagered 10–30x before withdrawal (varies by bonus)
- A time limit applies for meeting wagering requirements
- Only one bonus can be active at a time — other bonuses generally do not apply while one is already in use
- Bonuses may only be used on specific games
Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, using a false identity, or engaging in Matched Betting — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

6 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting activity on aci444 — including Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.
General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
- Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance
- Aci444 is not liable for any betting disruptions caused by technical issues
- Aci444 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet
- Aci444 may void a bet in the event of an obvious odds error
Cancelled Matches & Incomplete Events
- If a match is fully cancelled, the full stake will be refunded
- Partial match rules apply (e.g. a cricket match interrupted by rain)
- If a match is cancelled during live betting, the outcome is determined based on the state of play at the time
- Bets remain valid in cricket if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method
7 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on aci444. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
- Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's identity
- Attempting to hack or abuse the bonus system
- Match fixing or any other form of fraudulent betting activity
- Used with Matched Betting bonuses
- Hacking the platform's software or using automated bots
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
- Harassing other members or spreading false information about the platform
If suspicious activity is detected, aci444 may suspend the account while an investigation is underway. A final decision will be made based on the outcome of that investigation.
8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Aci444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. You may also request to close your account at any time.
Closed by aci444
- Immediate closure for terms violations
- Closure and forfeiture of winnings in cases of fraud or abuse
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be archived
Self-Exclusion Process
- Submit a request to the support team via email or live chat
- You will have the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance
- Bonus balance is non-refundable
9 Responsible Gaming Policy

- Losses resulting from user negligence or sharing your password
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)
However, aci444 is committed to providing fair compensation in cases of failure to deliver standard services.
12 Changes & Updates to Terms
Aci444 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you in advance via your registered email or SMS.
- At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect
- Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms
- If you do not agree to the terms, you may request to close your account

FAQ
